# Email campaigns

### Send news and offers to the right members, from your own domain, without a separate newsletter tool.

### Write it once, choose who gets it, send now or later.

### News and offers kept separate

### Audiences from your member data

### Win back lapsed members

### Personal placeholders

### Schedule for later

### Send from your own domain

SportyPlus email campaigns use the member data you already keep — memberships, roles, who has stopped booking — so every email goes to the people it is meant for. Members choose which emails they want, and nobody exports a list again.

## Built for clubs, not for marketers

## The right audience

### Filter by membership, role and status, or pick members who played last year and haven't booked since. A live preview shows who will get it, and why anyone is left out.

## Personal, at scale

### Placeholders fill in each member's name, door code and other details, and the club's own contact details.

## Members stay in control

### News and offers are separate subscriptions, and members choose per club which emails they get. Invoices and password resets always arrive.

## Your domain, your name

### Send from the club's own address. Domain Connect sets up the DNS in one click with supported providers.
